Hmm... now you're talking
What'll it be? Dining Out? Okay - so will it be Indian, Thai, Italian, Chinese or something a little more traditional?
It’s great having choices and, when it comes to eating out in Brentford, you’ll certainly find plenty to choose from! The Weir Dining Room serves traditional food and diners can enjoy waterside views with their meals. Then there's the Old Fire Station on London Road with a great atmosphere and a menu that comes highly recommended. If you prefer Italian – then try San Marco’s or, if Indian’s more to your taste, there’s the riverside Pappadums restaurant which also offers a take-away service.
Many of the local bars serve good food – and, of course, there’s the usual mix of wine, beer and traditional ales. Try the Lord Nelson, the Waterman’s Arms or The King’s Arms; all excellent places to meet old friends or make new ones.
For nightlife, The Old Fire Station is open later than most but great transport links make it easy to enjoy the bars and clubs of Ealing, Hounslow and Richmond . You could take the tube to Northfields and visit the Spinning Wheel bar; get there by 11pm and you can stay till 2am .
