Construction techniques
Paragon uses revolutionary off-site manufacturing and modular construction. Our contractors create ‘modules’ which are fitted out as complete rooms before delivery and on-site erection. When connected, these modules form the structure of the building; creating a sturdy, high-quality building equal to, or superior in performance to, those created by traditional site-based construction processes. Other techniques, as well as traditional forms of construction for non-modular areas, are used to deliver the best solutions in terms of quality, time, cost and safety.

The module sizing and structure has been developed and optimised to suit Paragon; ensuring that our apartments are not only stylish and affordable but built to the most exacting standards.

Paragon’s studio apartments are excellent examples of just how rental apartments should be; stylish and functional with well-planned space that looks great but is easily maintained. The internal layouts and the features are also available the apartment details section.

Shared Ownership Scheme
There are 44 one bedroom and 63 impressive two bedroom apartments available for sale on a Shared Ownership basis. Shared Ownership enables you to purchase a share in an apartment – normally 40% – and pay subsidised rent on the remainder.

Priority will be given to those living in the borough of Hounslow or local keyworkers. All applicants must be in full time employment, earning a minimum of £22,000 per annum or a joint income of £27,000 per annum.
