Paragon is an exciting new development providing contemporary studio apartments at affordable prices.

The studio apartments are fully furnished and are currently available to rent from £112p/w (£485p/m) including water and electricity. Studios are for single occupancy by people living or working locally.

To qualify for one of these studio apartments you must live in the borough of Hounslow or have a local connection to the borough. Residents of nearby boroughs will also be considered.
They are suitable for single occupancy only for people earning a moderate income.

To qualify you will also have to register on the borough’s Low Cost Housing Register which can only be assessed on line. If you do not have access to a computer please come to the show home where you can register at the office. The link is www.hounslow.gov.uk/keyworker
